Are you vicariously living through me in the hope that my accomplishments will validate your mediocre life and in some way compensate for all of the opportnunities you botched?

went to watch T3 with a fren today. for $6.50, ok lah. something to occupy the mind for about an hour and 40 mins. catching the 5pm show, entered the cinema at 430pm, was deluged by the advertisements for half an hour...

as always, there's bound to be a kid who'll be making lots of noise throughout the show. oh man, how i miss late nites movies on weekend. then, there's this malay guy a few seats behind me, talking loudly on his hp. people like them really ruined the joy of watching the movie, not that it's very good.

went for a haircut at far east on impulse. those new concept jap stores, those $10 cut thingie. slot a bill inside a machine and voila, you'll received a card(like going to arcade games centre to exchange for a stored value card) which you'll hand to a hairdresser. after which, she'll ask for the style etc etc. at the end of the cut, i received a comb. not too bad, not too bad.

i hate going for hair cut. i'll find it rather difficult to convey what i want and i always hairdresser-hop. i'll close my eyes during the cut and hope that when everything's done, i'll be satisfied with the style. so far, managed to find one hairdresser who know exactly what i want but for $15, i think it's a tad too ex since a wash is not included. i never go for barbers ever since i ORD from army. perhaps it's due to what my sis said: a guy should find a lady to cut his hair and vice versa. it'll look better that way since it's from the opposite sex's perspective.

now, i think i look very gentlemanly especially with my frame less specs, you know, the kind most gals love to bring back home and show the parents.

yeah right...although the word "nerd" do come into mind...

back to school tomorrow for IA briefing, can ogle at pretty gals again....like today at orchard.
