wedding dinner...again

for once, i get to sit down properly at a table and enjoy my food instead of running around helping the groom and bride.

attended one at the chevrons today, the food was great except for the noodles dish. i propose all future newly weds to skip this dish and come up with an alternative. so far, i have yet to taste a great noodle dish at any of the wedding dinners i had attended.

chevrons, saf club near imm. kinda of low class right?

the younger generations will think of it this way.

however, as you grow older and attended numerous weddings. you are not going to care about what stars the hotel is grouped under. what matters is whether the food is good? as we all know, posh places does not equal to good food. and since i'm paying a substantial amount out of my monthly allowance, the food better be good else i'll curse and swear.

personally, i would rather eat at a hawker center than a posh restaurant.

anyway, for wedding dinners, the general consensus is that, the food generally taste better in a restaurant than in a hotel ballroom.

psst...it has something to do with the number of tables.
