chalet...off

i was tasked to book a chalet online.

and the thing i'm worried about online payments is that the payment went through but there's no acknowledgement from the merchant.

ha...it came true last night.

my bank approved the transaction when i check my account but no response from ntuc. the site hung there for eternity...well, i think it will but there's no way of proving since i close the browser after 30 mins.

nevertheless, i'm not too worried. i was planning to call ntuc regarding the payment but they beat me to it.

anyway, the nice lady apologized and stuffs like that and would send me a email. singaporeans lah, everything must be in "black and white".

but she cc it to some of her colleagues.

my impression of the company plummeted.

one should never cc an email to colleagues when responding to a customer. it lacks professionalism. all the customer needs is just 1 point of contact.

does she knows there's a bcc funtion? if i was her superior, a reprimand will be given.

so chalet is off but there might still be a bbq...
