my arms are aching now and i dont know the cause of it.
either it's the swim i took in the morning with the family or it's from carrying her too much.
she's getting heavier and i'm seizing every moment i can in carrying her.
cause toddler grows up fast and soon, i wont be able to carry her for too long.
