Are you vicariously living through me in the hope that my accomplishments will validate your mediocre life and in some way compensate for all of the opportnunities you botched?

constipated?

it's not that i have nothing to write.

just that there are lots of tasks with higher priority than blogging.

like meeting friends.

mahjong.

and most importantly, sleep.

i dont even have time to read those blogs which i used to frequent.
...
just received my phone bills.

exceeded by close to $40.

and i cant account for the time.

same goes for my $.

sometimes, i pondered...

i dont need the extra $, do i?

just give me back my personal time.
...
another guy in the group got married.

about time too.

it'd been a long 9 years.

i wonder if i can stay with someone for so long.

sharing my personal space...

thoughts...

and feelings.
...
do i feel left out?

maybe i do.

maybe i dont.

i cant really tell.

if you do not have something in the 1st place, can you miss it?
...
poor guy was home alone prior to the wedding.

my friends and i wrongly assumed that his place would be packed with relatives.

when the brothers arrived at 0530, we saw the poor guy slouching on the couch.

he said, "i'm so nervous that i didn't sleep for the whole night."

and what was his brothers, us, doing?

happily playing mahjong througout the night.

DOH!
...
everything was routine.

after being a brother for so many times, the novelty had worn off.

sure, i'm happy for him.

even happier if the numbers we had bought did not jump.

first prize, you know....
...
i wonder if the rest realised that we did not sign the congratulary book.

anyway, groom was drunk by the end of the night

he's the type who sprouts nonsense when drunk.

the true him, i guess.

and his brother and sister...

all grown up liao.

*sigh*

getting old is no fun.
...
had another wedding dinner just a week after.

a poly friend which i dont really keep in contact.

typical stuffs again.

however, this time round, i had the time to sit down and really enjoyed the food.

i think i know where my $ went to...
